When heavy rains hit Central Florida, proper storm water drainage isn't just convenient - it's essential. Pooling water on parking lots, flooded landscaping, and overflowing retention ponds signal that your storm drainage system isn't keeping up.
Centrel Services LLC designs, installs, and maintains storm water systems for commercial and residential properties throughout Orlando, Sanford, and Central Florida. Whether you need a new drainage system for a development project, repairs to failing catch basins, or regular jetting to keep drains clear, we bring the expertise and equipment to solve your storm water problems.
Complete drainage solutions for commercial and residential properties.
We design and install complete storm drainage systems including underground piping, catch basins, retention ponds, and outlet structures. All work meets local code requirements.
High-pressure water jetting removes debris, sediment, and buildup from storm drains and pipes. Regular cleaning prevents clogs and ensures maximum flow during heavy rain.
We install new catch basins in parking lots, driveways, and roadways. We also repair broken grates, rebuild cracked structures, and replace failed components.
Keep your retention pond functioning with dredging, vegetation control, erosion repair, and outlet structure maintenance. We help HOAs and commercial properties stay compliant.
Broken pipes, collapsed drains, and failed connections cause flooding and erosion. We locate problems with camera inspection and make lasting repairs.
Storm water work requires permits and must meet strict environmental regulations. We handle permitting, inspections, and documentation to keep your project compliant.
Centrel Services specializes in storm water management for commercial properties where flooding creates serious liability and business interruptions:
We work with property managers, HOA boards, contractors, and developers to design systems that handle Florida's intense rainfall while meeting all local regulations.

Because the ground fills up. A drain field works by letting treated water soak into the soil, and after days of Central Florida rain there is nowhere left for it to go. Groundwater also finds its way into tanks and lines that are not sealed tight. It shows up as slow drains, gurgling toilets, and wet spots over the drain field, right when everyone is stuck at home.
Prevention starts with your roof water. Walk the yard and look at where each downspout empties. If one dumps onto the drain field or over the tank, redirect it with an extension or a splash block before storm season. Make sure the septic tank lids are closed and sealed. On homes with city sewer, check that every cleanout cap is in place and tight, since an open or cracked cap lets stormwater run straight into the line. Then go easy on water for a day or two on either side of the storm: no big laundry loads, short showers, and do not fill the tub and drain it right away. If the house is still backing up after the ground dries out, the drain field may need more than time, and that is when drain field repair belongs in the conversation.
