20 cities. Five counties. One licensed crew.
We have been working on Central Florida septic systems, sewer lines, and underground utilities since 2005. Most of the work falls in five counties: Seminole, Orange, Volusia, Osceola, and Lake. The 20 cities listed below each have their own service area page with local notes.
The company is run by Sylvester D. Johnson. He carries Florida Plumbing Contractor License CFC1430739 and Underground Utilities Contractor License CUC1225722, and the same licensed crew runs every job. That could mean a single septic pumpout in Lake Mary on Tuesday morning or a four-week site development for a new commercial build in Orlando. The base is 5449 Benchmark Ln in Sanford, and the trucks roll out from there every morning.
Same Services in Every City

Service Areas by County
Pick the city closest to your property. Each page has local service notes, FAQs, and a way to request a quote.
Seminole County
This is the home county. Most of the day-to-day work happens somewhere in Seminole, from a Sanford pumpout in the morning to a drain field renovation in Casselberry or Heathrow by afternoon.
Sanford, FL
Our base of operations. The work splits between the historic downtown along Lake Monroe, the older south-side neighborhoods, and the newer SR 46 corridor builds. Septic pumpouts and drain field repair are the bread and butter here.
Lake Mary, FL
Most Lake Mary septic work shows up in the older neighborhoods east of I-4. The corporate corridor along Lake Mary Boulevard is a different animal, mostly grease trap service and stormwater work for office complexes and restaurants.
Heathrow, FL
The gated communities around Heathrow Country Club are mostly on city sewer, but the perimeter properties along International Parkway still run on septic. We pump tanks, inspect drain fields, and deal with the occasional root intrusion in older sewer laterals.
Longwood, FL
A lot of Longwood was built before municipal sewer made it that far west. Septic pumping and drain field repair are most of what we do here. Some properties along Wekiva are working through septic-to-sewer conversion, and we help walk people through that process.
Winter Springs, FL
Winter Springs and the Tuskawilla area mix newer construction with plenty of older septic properties. Annual pumpouts, drain field repair, and the occasional emergency call after heavy summer rain are the steady work here.
Casselberry, FL
Casselberry's commercial strip along Howell Branch and US 17/92 keeps us busy with grease trap service for restaurants and small businesses. The residential side near Lake Concord and Red Bug Lake calls for septic pumpouts and drain field work.
Altamonte Springs, FL
The SR 436 corridor and the Cranes Roost area mean a lot of stormwater system maintenance and commercial grease trap work for us. Residential septic comes mostly from the older neighborhoods east of I-4.
Oviedo, FL
Oviedo is growing fast. A lot of our work here is on new construction, including underground utility installation, stormwater design, and the occasional septic install for pockets that are not on city sewer yet. The established neighborhoods need regular pumpouts.
Orange County
Orange County is a mix. Orlando proper has plenty of older sewer infrastructure that needs camera inspection and trenchless repair. Apopka and Winter Park each have their own quirks. Sandy soil and high water tables mean we plan drain field work around the rainy season.
Orlando, FL
Most Orlando work is on the older sewer side: camera inspection, hydro jetting, and trenchless repair for properties downtown, in Hunters Creek, and around Lake Buena Vista. Commercial grease trap service is a big chunk of what we do for restaurants in the tourism corridor.
Apopka, FL
Apopka properties near Wekiwa Springs State Park sit on sandy soil that drains fast, which is great for a properly sized drain field and brutal for an undersized one. We do a lot of drain field renovation work in the older neighborhoods around historic downtown, plus routine tank pumpouts for properties off city sewer.
Winter Park, FL
Older homes around Park Avenue and the Rollins College area often have aging sewer laterals that need camera inspection and either spot repair or trenchless lining. We work within neighborhood preservation rules when a project calls for any excavation.
Volusia County
Volusia splits between the beachside markets along the Halifax River and the inland cities west of I-95. The coast brings salt-air corrosion and tidal flooding to think about. Inland properties have springshed compliance rules. We work both sides.
Daytona Beach, FL
Daytona work splits between the beachside cottages east of the Halifax and the mainland properties along ISB out toward the Speedway. Salt air eats older steel components fast, and beachside drain fields need careful design because of tidal influence. We pump tanks, repair drain fields, and clear storm drains after hurricane season.
Deltona, FL
Deltona is Volusia County's largest city, and a lot of our work is in the original 1962 Mackle Brothers neighborhoods. Properties inside the Blue Spring springshed have specific compliance rules, and we help homeowners deal with inspections and septic-to-sewer conversion when it applies.
DeLand, FL
DeLand's older homes around downtown and the Stetson University area often have sewer laterals that have been in the ground for 50-plus years. We run camera inspections, recommend lining or replacement based on what we find, and handle septic work for properties west of town that are off city sewer.
DeBary, FL
Most of the DeBary work is septic and drain field service for the older homes along US 17/92 and the newer subdivisions out toward the St. Johns. Underground utility installation has picked up for the new construction north of town.
Ormond Beach, FL
Ormond Beach properties along the Halifax River and the beachside east of A1A get the same coastal challenges as Daytona: salt-air corrosion on pumps and fittings, tidal flooding affecting drain fields. We handle septic pumping, system repair, and drain field replacement when older systems cannot be saved.
New Smyrna Beach, FL
New Smyrna's beachside cottages along Flagler Avenue and the older homes around Canal Street often have aging sewer laterals and septic systems that need attention. Trenchless pipe lining is popular here because the historic streets make excavation expensive and disruptive.
Port Orange, FL
The Spruce Creek gated community and the older neighborhoods along Dunlawton make up most of our Port Orange work. The Nova Canal area sees its share of flooding, so storm drainage maintenance is part of the regular work here.
Daytona Beach Shores, FL
Daytona Beach Shores is mostly oceanfront condos and a strip of beachside single-family homes. Proximity to tidal waters means engineered septic systems for some properties and careful coordination with city utilities for the rest. We work with both.
Osceola County
Most of our Osceola work is in Kissimmee and along the tourism corridor running west toward the theme parks.
Kissimmee, FL
Kissimmee splits between the older neighborhoods near Lake Tohopekaliga and the newer growth on the west side toward the tourism corridor. Restaurant grease trap service is steady work here, and we still see plenty of residential septic pumping in the parts of town that have not been brought onto city sewer.
